I've bought so many 'down' pillows that ended up being mostly feathers with sharp bits. This one is different. The pure cotton cover is thick and soft, and the filling is clearly high-grade white goose down. No black spots at all.

I've been looking for a real goose down pillow that isn't too soft. This one is perfect. Pure white, very clean, and the cotton cover is breathable.
